*الشروط والأحكام:*

- *الأنظمة المدعومة*: الاشتراك يدعم من iOS 14 إلى iOS 18.

- *عدم الاسترداد*: بعد الدفع، لا يمكن استرداد المبلغ المدفوع. الا في حال وجود خطاْ من طرف المتجر

- *مدة الضمان*: يتم تسجيل مدة الضمان في الباقة المشترك بها. إذا أغلقت آبل الشهادة بعد انتهاء مدة الضمان، سينتهي اشتراكك ويتطلب التجديد.

- *التعويض*: الضمان يتضمن تعويضًا في حال توقفت الشهادة، لكنه لا يشمل إيقاف الشهادات عند جميع المتاجر، مما يعني انتهاء تطبيقات البلس للأبد.

- *نقل الاشتراك*: لا يمكن نقل سجل الاشتراك إلى جهاز آخر وفقًا لسياسة آبل.

- *تأثير التحديثات وإعادة التهيئة*: تحديث أو إعادة تهيئة الجهاز لا يؤثر على اشتراكك.

- *بعض البرامج مثل ( سناب بلس - ببجي - يودل كول أوف ديوتي ) وبعض البرامج تحتاج لشراء الكود لتشغيلها .

- *تحديثات التطبيقات المعدلة*: تحديث التطبيقات المعدلة والمهكرة يخضع لمطور الأداة ولا يستطيع فريق الدعم تحديثها أو إصلاحها.

- *ضمان التطبيقات*: لا نضمن أي أداة أو تطبيق ضد الحظر، ولكن يتم بذل قصارى جهدنا لتوفير تطبيقات موثوقة.

- *ضمان المتجر*: لا يوجد ضمان ولا تعويض.

- *استمرارية التطبيقات*: لا نضمن استمرارية أي تطبيق.

- *تثبيت متجر تطبيقات بلس*: لن تستطيع تثبيت متجر تطبيقات بلس إذا كنت متجاوزًا لقفل الأيكلاود.

- *تحديثات آبل*: المتجر أو التطبيق لا يتحمل أي تحديثات تصدرها آبل توقف التطبيق ولا يحق المطالبة بالاسترجاع.

- *مخالفة الشروط*: في حالة مخالفة أي شرط، سيتم إيقاف اشتراكك نهائيًا. تتم مراجعة شروط الاشتراك والاستخدام بصورة دورية وقابلة للتغيير.

- *الإهانات*: السب أو الشتم بحق المتجر أو سياساته أو الدعم الفني يحق للمتجر إلغاء طلبك وإغلاق اشتراكك وحظرك من المتجر.

*تنويه مهم*: إذا كان لديك اشتراك بلس قديم وتوقفت الشهادة، سيكون عليك حظر من آبل مدته 14 إلى 30 يومًا، وبعد هذه المدة ستتمكن من استخدام البلس لدينا بشكل طبيعي. هذه السياسات تشمل جميع المتاجر وليست لدينا فقط. حتى ولو توقفت الشهادة القديمة قبل 5 شهور، عند تفعيل اشتراك بلس آخر سيبدأ حساب فترة الحظر، وبعد انتهائها سيفتح الاشتراك لدينا بشكل طبيعي. ( هذا الموضوع خاص فقط بتفعيل الأنتظار ولايعمل التفعيل الفوري) التفعيل الفوري هو خيارك الأول

*عند شراء المنتج*: أنت تقر بأنك اطلعت على جميع الشروط وسياسات المتجر ووصف المنتج وأنك موافق عليها وتتحمل المسؤولية كاملة.

Terms and Conditions:*

- *Supported Systems*: The subscription supports iOS 14 to iOS 18.

- *No Refunds*: Once payment is made, the amount paid is non-refundable.

- *Temporary Block*: Occasionally, Apple may block the device for 14-30 days, after which the app will function normally.

- *Warranty Duration*: The warranty period is recorded in the subscribed package. If Apple revokes the certificate after the warranty period, your subscription will end and require renewal.

- *Compensation*: The warranty includes compensation if the certificate stops working, but does not cover certificate revocation at all stores, which means that Plus apps may be discontinued forever.

- *Subscription Transfer*: Subscription records cannot be transferred to another device according to Apple's policy.

- *Impact of Updates and Reformatting*: Updating or reformatting the device does not affect your subscription.

- *Modified App Updates*: Updates to modified or hacked apps are managed by the tool's developer, and our support team cannot update or fix them.

- *App Warranty*: We do not guarantee any tool or app against bans but strive to provide reliable applications.

- *App Continuity*: We do not guarantee the continuity of any app.

- *Plus App Store Installation*: You will not be able to install the Plus App Store if you are bypassing iCloud lock.

- *Apple Updates*: The store or app is not responsible for any updates issued by Apple that stop the app from working, and there is no right to request a refund.

- *Violation of Terms*: If any term is violated, your subscription will be permanently suspended. Subscription and usage terms are reviewed periodically and may change.

- *Insults*: Abusing or insulting the store, its policies, or technical support entitles the store to cancel your request, close your subscription, and ban you from the store.

*Important Note*: If you have an old Plus subscription and the certificate has expired, you will face a block from Apple for 14 to 30 days. After this period, you will be able to use the Plus services with us normally. These policies apply to all stores, not just ours. Even if the old certificate expired 5 months ago, activating a new Plus subscription will start the block period, and after it ends, the subscription with us will function normally.

*Upon Purchase*: You acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms, store policies, and product descriptions and that you accept full responsibility.
